Masters of Economics & English Medium (Oxford International School and College). Her domestic life, raising up a family sees her change vocation to Real Estate Property Management. Her daily work centres around property maintenance, taking care of possibly your most valuable and expensive asset. Monika liaises with landlords, tenants and tradespeople to ensure that jobs are assessed, organised and attended to in a timely manner. Once a job is completed, she raises invoices and gets the tradesperson paid. She also prepares lease agreements and rental increases, and issues termination notices.
